Each module in your course follows an effective three-stage structure designed to help participants connect their learning to real-world contexts. Participants watch videos, read texts, and attend live webinars or watch recordings, all facilitated through Campus. Comprehensive Portfolios

Every participant receives a downloadable PDF portfolio of their written assignments and course progress. This not only aids in personal reflection but also provides a practical manual for daily practice. Trainers can monitor progress and provide personalized feedback, making the learning experience more interactive and effective.

Seamless Participant Experience

Participants can easily access course materials, submit assignments, and engage with webinars through the user-friendly Campus platform. Registration is simple, and all course components are conveniently located in one place, making the learning process fuss-free and straightforward.

The FLC Bus: Bringing Education on Wheels

The Fun Learning Center Bus is a repurposed vehicle transformed into a mobile educational hub that us built around the online Campus to help bring digital skills to any area as a natural part of the comprehensive curriculum. It combines the principles of Fun Learning with practical educational tools, providing a dynamic and supportive environment teachers to acquire new skills while they are serving the children and families—especially valuable in remote locations and regions impacted by crises where the fixed infrastructure has been destroyed.

A Unique Strength: Mobile Professional Development

One of the standout features of the mobile FLC is its ability to tour and support geographically dispersed communities, enabling professionals to join development courses without being pulled away from their work for extended periods. The integration of Campus with the FLC Bus enhances this capability, creating a highly effective hybrid training system that combines on-location mentoring with comprehensive online resources. The Campus has a very important role via its ability to keep the quality of both content and implementation in check through the support function embedded in the pedagogical structure.

Design and Layout of the FLC Bus

Fun Learning Environment

The interior of the bus is transformed into a model Fun Learning environment, accommodating 10-12 children at a time. This indoor space serves as a practical training site for teachers.

Therapy Room

Located in the back of the bus, this separate therapy space is equipped with video conferencing capabilities, ideal for teacher training, coaching, and therapy sessions (also for the children).

Snack Kitchen and Toilet

These facilities are available.

Outdoor Play and Sports

The bus carries sports equipment for outdoor activities, enhancing the learning experience with physical exercise, and offering Fun Learning activities for those outside the vehicle.

Staffing

The bus is managed by a two-person team, a teacher/teacher-trainer and assistant teacher with locally approved degrees. A sports coach (and guard) is ideally assigned to support, when possible.

The Integration: Campus and FLC Bus Working Together

Campus is an excellent and highly effective standalone online solution. Most training content can be easily absorbed by motivated students working remotely. However, some topics and skills require a more comprehensive approach. Over the years, we have explored the best methods to ensure training effectiveness and support excellence in local implementation. Our practical experience highlights the importance of local mentorship. That’s why we've focused on training local mentors and trainers who can guide and motivate teachers studying online. This hybrid model ensures that the content is always current and research-based, while the local mentorship provides contextual and locally relevant support. The bus exemplifies this approach, delivering hands-on support and practical knowledge transfer directly where it's needed most.

Presentation and Training

A presentation video for staff will demonstrate potential activities within the bus, tailored to meet local needs. Onsite coaching for staff is available, though the bus itself is designed to be intuitive and user-friendly.
