Empowering Educators to Support Children in Crisis

At The Campus Company, we believe in the transformative power of education, no matter where it takes place. This belief drives our partnership with Fun Academy On Wheels, a mobile education project bringing early childhood education and psychosocial support to children and educators in war-torn regions of Ukraine. Through our innovative remote training platform, we are proud to provide the digital infrastructure that ensures continuous learning, professional development, and emotional care, even in the most challenging circumstances.

Fun Academy On Wheels is more than just a bus. It’s a sign of hope that delivers critical early childhood education and emotional care to children affected by war. In areas where traditional education infrastructure has been destroyed, this project aims to ensure that children can continue to learn and play. Equally important is its focus on supporting the teachers, parents, and communities who care for these children. This is where The Campus Company steps in, creating an accessible and flexible learning platform that supports ongoing professional development and psychosocial training for educators.

The Role of a Pedagogical Platform

Our remote training platform, designed for educators and developed in partnership with experts in early childhood development, ensures that teachers receive real-time, interactive training tailored to the specific needs of children even in crisis. Training can cover the latest pedagogical techniques and vital but simple psychosocial support methods. By connecting educators with experts, The Campus Company ensures that Fun Academy On Wheels extends its reach, offering a lifeline to adults who are helping children recover from trauma. We will soon share more about our partner collaborations in this area.

What makes our platform particularly impactful is its adaptability and simplicity. In a project where mobility and flexibility are essential, our solution enables educators to access resources remotely, whether they’re in the bus or connected from other locations. It’s designed to support hybrid learning, with both onsite activities and digital content accessible via mobile devices. This ensures that, even in regions where physical safety concerns or infrastructure challenges might prevent in-person learning, educators and children remain connected to a supportive educational community, and can find paths to help.

Our collaboration with Fun Academy On Wheels exemplifies how digital tools can provide education, and help develop emotional resilience. By equipping educators and other adults with the skills and knowledge to address children's emotional needs, we help create an environment where children can manage  despite their circumstances. The professional development offered through The Campus Company can in its small part train teachers on how to offer psychosocial support, further amplifying the impact of the mission.

Our Commitment to Education and Supporting the Creators of the Future

At The Campus Company, we are committed to expanding access to education. Our partnership with Fun Academy On Wheels allows us to be part of a pioneering initiative that aims to redefine and strengthen education’s role in crisis contexts. Together, we are ensuring that education continues, no matter the challenges, and helping to make sure that a child can feel cared for, supported, and ready to build a better future.
